Below, we inform you about the processing of your personal data in the context of using our online services. 

So that you can read the text more easily, we are using only one grammatical gender. For example, we will only write „users” instead of „female users and male users” or „users*”. However, we always mean all genders equally.

2. When and how is personal data processed?

2.1. Data Processing When Visiting the Website 

We host the content of our website with the provider RAIDBOXES GmbH, Hafenstraße 32, 48153 Münster. 

When you visit our website, RAIDBOXES collects your data, such as IP address, information about your operating system, date and time of your visit, browser type and version used, protocol used, user agent, referring URL, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), and/or HTTP status code, and stores it in so-called log files (access log, error log, etc.). We have entered into a data processing agreement (DPA) with RAIDBOXES. This ensures that personal data is processed only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

2.3 Data processing upon registration for the Newsletter dispatch 

When you sign up for the Cyrcle Media Newsletter, you consent to us collecting and storing the following data: 

  • Your first and last name and 
  • Your email address and 
  • Your IP address 

We need this data to send you the newsletter or to process your newsletter registration. The information will not be used for any other purpose. 

To send out our newsletter, we work with shipping service providers. So that the service providers can fulfill your shipping order, we pass your data on to them. 

If you no longer wish for this data to be stored and used for sending the newsletter, you can revoke your consent at any time. You can do this by either unsubscribing via a link at the end of the newsletter or by sending an email to the address provided there.
